Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date of purchase.
This policy applies to all standard purchases, including change-of-mind returns — not only defective products.
A return fee applies. The exact amount depends on the product and its condition, and will be confirmed by your audiologist when the returned product is inspected — before your refund is issued. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days of the returned product being received and inspected, via bank transfer or UPI (or to your original payment method, if you paid online).
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included, to be eligible for a refund.
HearWave also offers a hearing aid home trial of up to 45 days, subject to product availability. The home trial happens before you purchase, giving you time to decide on the right device — it is separate from the Return & Refund Policy above, which applies only after a purchase has been completed. If you choose not to proceed during your home trial, no purchase is made and no return is necessary.
